The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours / week) during the 10-week program

• Program Dates : May 29 - August 7, 2026.
• Location : This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.
• Work Authorization : US Work Authorization required for this role.

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

The Main Responsibilities

This intern will be aligned to our Enterprise Operations organization and will support our Carrier Relations and Operations teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in telecommunications billing dispute resolution, with exposure to the full scope of Carrier Relations responsibilities. You'll work alongside experienced analysts to resolve vendor billing discrepancies, analyze telecom invoices, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience / qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range :

Min : $ 26 / hour

Max : $ 38 / hour
