Reporting to the Manager of Case Management supports an integrated and comprehensive Performance Improvement program for MacNeal Hospital.
Objectively and systematically assesses, monitors, evaluates and improves the processes that affect the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with the MacNeal Hospital mission and values, the Care Management Program, rules and regulations and MacNeal policies and regulatory standards.

Education :
Current licensure in the State of Illinois as a Registered Nurse.
Certification in Case Management preferred or willing to acquire within two (2) years of hire.
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
Level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s of Science in a Healthcare related field.
Case management / utilization management experience preferred.
Current CPR certification.
