The Hospitality Assistant Manager's role is one of the key contributors to the success of Chick-fil-A Chino Hills. We pride ourselves in serving high quality food that are made fresh and cooked just-in-time, with personalization and speed, for our guests.
The Hospitality Assistant Manager assists the Owner / Operator in planning, executing and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
This job includes working with Chick-fil-A Corporate Hospitality teams in strategizing, planning and implementing best practices at our restaurants .

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family, friends, and worship.

The Operator is an independent business owner, responsible for the operation of the restaurant. They also invest time in their teams teaching them important business skills and most importantly life skills for the future.
