Information Technology Support Analyst

Access Intelligence is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to a company of 200 employees.

Along with handling general IT helpdesk tasks, you will assist with office telecom systems and video conferencing tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• IT Tier 1 Support :
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
• Assist with setting up new workstations, user accounts, and managing access permissions.
• Office Support :
• Help with telecom systems, including VoIP phones and mobile devices.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve telecom issues as needed.
• Maintaining office equipment, ie. Copiers, desktop computers, etc.
• Onboarding and offboarding support
• Video Conferencing Support :
• Set up and maintain video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Assist employees with video meeting setup and troubleshooting to ensure smooth virtual meetings.
• System Maintenance :
• Assist with managing and maintaining hardware and software inventory.
• Perform routine updates and maintenance on office systems, ensuring software is up-to-date.
• Documentation & Training :
• Help create and update IT support documentation for employees.
• Conduct basic training sessions to help employees with common IT tools and troubleshooting techniques.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• BA in Computer Science
• Basic understanding of IT support tasks and computer systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows / Mac operating systems, and general troubleshooting.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams and telecom systems (e.g., VoIP).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a simple, clear way.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Previous experience in IT support is a plus but not required.
