Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - LPN - Urgent Care / Outpatient
Shift : Rotating, 10x4, 40hrs per week, every other weekend and some holidays
Length : 13 weeks

- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required + Booster - No Exemptions, Current Booster
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Unknown
Rotating 4x10 schedule to include every other weekend and some holidays.
Required :
- 1 year of UC experience
- IV Certified
- Proficiency with high volume and difficult stick IV starts and blood / lab draws

Years of experience REQ : 1+ year of Urgent Care
First-timers accepted : Yes

Certs REQ : BLS and IV Certified
