We are seeking a Administrative Assistant that can be located in our Miami, FL office.

The Administrative Assistant is expected to make sure that work runs smoothly for a team, a department, or senior executives, keeping them organized and providing day-to-day administrative support in the form of travel arrangements, calendar management, expense tracking, document preparation and correspondence.
An Administrative Assistant provides first-level administrative support while learning routines, acquiring experience and developing skills.
Client Support Services (CSS) isprised of global service teams who are assigned to specific client (customer) accounts to handle contracts, claims and accounting.
The Reinsurance Accounting Technician is responsible for technical processing of premium for specifically assigned client accounts ensuring strictpliance with Guy Carpenter's operational guidelines.

We will count on you to :
Your responsibilities will include providing Administrative support to the team; managing calendars and schedules, handling correspondence and ensuring effectivemunication within the organization.
Management of assigned client portfolio. Duties to support client base will include follow up and securing of reinsurance premiums timely / accurate system entry of all assigned client activity.
- Your responsibilities will also include coordination with thepany facilities for office supplies, internal catering needs and front of house assistance for business visitors.
- You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining files and records. Data entry, report generation and basic clerical tasks.
- You will be responsible for travel arrangements, bookings and expense submissions for multiple team members.
- Additionally, you may be involved in event coordination, including planning, and organizing meetings and or conferences, including client Roadshows.
- Confidentiality and discretion are essential, as you may have handle sensitive information. Adaptability, problem-solving and proficiency in office software are also important for success in this role.
- Overall, as an Administrative Assistant, you can expect a dynamic and diverse range of tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization.
You will work on system issues, participate in troubleshooting, security vulnerability management, patching, and ensure application availability, reliability, and stability.
What you need to have :
- High School Diploma / GED or higher level of education
- High School diploma or higher education
- 3+ years of relevant business experience as a Administrative Assistant
- Exceptionalputer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Be well-versed with office equipment (, copiers, conference room equipment, binding machine, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize workload according to volume, urgency, etc.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality on a wide range of issues
- Resourceful and proactive, with an can-do attitude
