The Keever Group, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a highly motivated Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team.
This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our lead advisor with client meetings and note-taking while also focusing on the long-term growth into a licensed role.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Meetings : Attend client meetings, actively listen, and take detailed notes on client discussions, concerns, and goals.
Assist in following up on action items and ensuring all client needs are met.
Practice Planning Support : Collaborate with the lead advisor to assist in the development and execution of strategic planning initiatives.
Help to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the practice.
Growth Toward Licensure : Engage in ongoing professional development with the goal of becoming a licensed advisor.
Participate in training programs and study sessions to prepare for licensing exams, with support from our team.
- CRM Utilization : Effectively use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to document client interactions, maintain up-to-date client records, and track the progress of financial plans.
- Client Service : Provide top-level client service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications :
- Two years of previous experience in a similar financial planning role is preferred.
- Outstanding note-taking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial planning tools.
- A strong desire to grow into a licensed financial advisor role.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Starting at $22-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
