Job Description :
- Provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team for treatment plans.
- Offer specialized nursing care to critically ill patients requiring complex assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physicians' directives.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Commit to working every other weekend as part of the job requirements.
- Adapt to varying healthcare settings and maintain professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
