Description
Radiology Technologist / X-Ray Tech
Location : Pensacola, FL
Shift : Days : 7 am-3 : 30 pm Mon-Friday
Job Summary :
Performs a full range of General Radiology procedures including but not limited to : Portables, fluoroscopy, operating room, trauma, contrast studies, and DEXA bone densitometry in a digital / PACS environment.
Responsible for operating various x-ray equipment in both a hospital / trauma and outpatient setting. Responsible for confirming order / correct patient / correct exam and entering exam in Meditech.
Must obtain quality images including both technical and positional factors
Experience / Qualifications :
- 1 year of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR OR TWO) ACUTE CARE RAD TECH EXPERIENCE.
- Graduate of ARRT Accredited Program and current ARRT registry required
- Current ARRT registry required, Florida Certification is required.
- ARRT and FL licenses Request before start
