Legent Health is looking for Pharmacist to join our team. We seek talented partners transforming healthcare, one patient at a time.
Minimum Requirements
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current Texas Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of recent pharmacist experience in a hospital setting.
- PGY1 Residency preferred.
- IV Certification.

Position Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible to perform and participates in supporting pharmacological services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Position Responsibilities
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff effectively.
- Interpret orders and transcribe or verify them accurately into the clinical information system.
- Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications, drug-drug interactions, drug-food interactions, allergies and appropriateness of drug and dose.
- Provide clinical consultation and clarification to practitioners.
- Attend daily clinical rounds.
- Provide accurate and timely medication information to patients and providers.
- Participate in required training programs for pharmacists.
- All other duties as assigned.
