Ok, maybe not everything, but definitely knows everything related to all operations on an opening, mid- or closing shift.
Specific qualifications include :
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
- Hands-on experience in back of house
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
- Familiarity with POS Systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
