We are a well-established and busy organization in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment and Parts Industry servicing semiconductor manufacturing companies nationwide, seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our winning team, this role can be done 100% remote.
The Inside Sales Rep will be in direct contact with customers (almost exclusively by
email / phone) to assist them with their spare parts and service needs, generate quotes, and provide product information.
Must be familiar with semiconductor parts.
The ideal candidate will have a background in semiconductor manufacturing parts and machinery - purchasing and procurement, sales, inventory control or any similar position working with a high-volume of semiconductor machinery parts and equipment, any sales or customer service experience is also helpful.
In this role the sales calls are primarily inbound, you will discuss clients needs and timeframe, look up parts and equipment information, create quotes, confirm orders, follow up with clients and other team members via phone and email, develop professional relationships and provide weekly reporting.
You will be trained on how to work closely with product specialists to develop and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base of key products, develop a strong understanding of competitive brands, manage price pages / templates and quotes, and communicate price levels with customers.
Preferred Qualifications :
- BS / BA in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience preferred (not required, work experience is sufficient)
- Technical Sales experience preferred.
Must have :
- Have a solid background in semiconductor equipment technology.
- Customer service skills (good phone presence, timely responses, and follow-through on requests, etc.).
- Skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLookups)
- Be energetic, self-motivated, and flexible in tasks
- Be money-motivated
This is a direct hire, long-term career opportunity offering a base salary of $50K, plus uncapped commissions, benefits and incentives.
