$19-$26.81 / hr (Depending on shift and experirence

M-F 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (40 mins paid break time)

M-R 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (40 mins paid break time)

Competitive salary and benefits package, including options for medical, dental, vision, 401(K), paid vacation time, paid holidays, overtime eligibility for hourly employees, and a generous shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shift.

What's a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You'll be :

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient completion of the assembly process in a high-quality and repeatable manner
  • Performing machine set-ups and adjustments, as well as quality checks during production runs
  • Conducting inspections and tests to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions
  • Performing preventive maintenance on assembly machines to reduce downtime
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement, cost savings, and quality improvement
  • Participating in EH&S reviews and assisting with continuous improvement activities
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of quality inspection results and production data
  • Ensuring outgoing products meet required specifications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues beyond basic resets
  • Driving continuous improvement strategies and supporting on-time delivery

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Have basic shop math and computer skills
  • Possess basic machine troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve mechanical issues
  • Are willing to assist other cross-functional groups based on needs
  • Are proactive, independent, and able to analyze and interpret data
  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Are adaptable and open to learning and growing
