Front Desk Manager Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a hotel supervisor or management role
- Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel
- Ability to oversee all aspects of the Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Bell Services
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
