5+ Years of :
- field construction management, especially working for a commercial general contractor
- Retail, commercial, restaurant, education, Class A office, and / or mixed use experience
- on-site project management and administration
- cost control and contract administration
- Budgets
- Scheduling
- managing teams on the field
