Position : Machine Operator

Temp to Hire Position! Long-Term Opportunity.

Schedule / Hours : 11pm to 7am - 1st and 2nd Shifts available as well

• Hands-on training and cross-training across multiple departments.

Responsibilities :

• Set up machinery according to production specifications and schedules.
• Operate machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, downtime, and production output.
• Operate equipment independently and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
• Document all batch data and cleaning logs.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Production or Manufacturing experience
• Proficient math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and operate equipment.
