Associate Attorney
A regional firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its workers' compensation defense practice in Columbia, SC.
Responsibilities :
- Support senior attorneys
- Professionally represent clients
- Provide legal support and guidance
- Manage case files, evidence, and documents
- Handle the discovery process
- Manage correspondence
- Conduct thorough investigations
- Prepare and file documents with the court
- Track billable hours and prepare invoices
Qualifications :
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- 2-5 years of workers compensation experience
- Defense experience preferred
