Business Continuity, Operational Risk Management
Business Continuity Qualifications :
5+ years business continuation management experience and / or technology and disaster recovery experience in the financial services industry or a multi-national firm
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and provide effective challenge to stakeholders at all levels, as well as manage conflict between multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated technical skills and solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution.
Strong and clear communicator (oral and written) who can demonstrate a credible depth of knowledge to converse with and lead business partners.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, make decisions and take accountability for driving transformative change
Project management skills and experience
Presentation skills and executive presence
Partner with business to determine recovery objectives for critical business service based on newly defined business service framework.
Facilitate various tabletop exercises and effectively challenge recovery strategies to identify potential gaps or areas for improving resiliency and recovery.
Review and revisit existing business continuity standards to meet current requirements for business service concept.
Ongoing assessment of program effectiveness; recommend &support implementation
