The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist will focus on the Wholesale business, ensuring the timely shipment and receipt of product to our Wholesale partners.
Responsibilities :
- The Customer Service Specialist will support the commercial teams for Wholesale and Wholesession businesses.
- Coordinate with IT Team to support with implementation of inventory management and revenue per door Wholesale and Wholesession Customer Management and coordination with Logistics.
- Support with shipments and returns management
- Coordinate Factor / credits for shipments
- EDI’s orders management and reconciliation
- Support logistics functions including tracking the shipments from Italy and provide assistance on the status of goods
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years experience within Customer Service and Logistics
- Proficiency in Stealth preferred
- Strong excel skillset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment
