We are hiring an Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assistance to the executive team and other professionals in the company.
Your organizational and multitasking skills will be critical in executing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, taking messages and relaying information as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and social functions.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and record minutes during meetings.
- Create and maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is a plus.
