Location Southlake, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

  • $20 / hr
  • Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm (1-hour lunch)
  • W2, temp-to-hire
  • Start date : ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

As a Dispatcher, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of field technicians for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Your ability to manage schedules, maintain communication, and provide excellent customer service directly contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dispatch and coordinate field technicians across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services
  • Manage live communication with technicians to support timely service delivery
  • Monitor call queues, job assignments, and internal chat communications
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve service issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive company performance

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of dispatch experience, preferably in trades or field service industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED required

    • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Service Titan (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Phone and chat-based communication systems

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience dispatching in plumbing or HVAC environments
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and customer needs
