Responsibilities :

• Direct and manage all phases of commercial and healthcare construction projects, with an emphasis on plumbing and HVAC systems, ensuring successful completion.
• Ensure strict adherence to all industry regulations, including OSHPD / HCAI requirements, throughout every project phase.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of project management teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
• Expertly utilize construction management software, including Bluebeam, to oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Control project budgets, closely monitoring costs and expenditures to achieve financial goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure all projects meet or exceed specifications.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, addressing challenges to secure project success.
• Generate comprehensive project reports for senior management and stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in project management within commercial and healthcare sectors, focusing on plumbing and HVAC systems for a medium to large construction firm.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHPD / HCAI and other relevant industry regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in construction management software, particularly Bluebeam.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding successful project teams.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of effective dialogue with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
