Summary :
This role is an integral part of the data science and database marketing team within a dynamic casino environment. The candidate will work closely with the Retention Marketing and Data Science teams to plan and implement promotional efforts, support campaign testing, and generate analyses to improve the casino’s marketing efforts.
The Manager of Marketing Analytics will translate complex analytics into actionable strategies, optimizing future marketing activations and driving the casino's growth.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Support the Database Marketing Department in the areas of budgeting, marketing list segmentation, performance analysis, reporting, revenue enhancement & data mining.
- Combine technical knowledge with business strategy to translate complex analytics into useful recommendations to optimize future activations.
- Analyze target segments or marketing campaigns to identify the performance drivers and provide suggestions and analytics support for campaign strategy and whole marketing eco-system.
- Work with internal data scientists to enhance marketing evaluation models and consumer propensity analyses, developing sophisticated models to predict customer behavior and improve targeting strategies specific to casino patrons.
- Lead and conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested, proactively identifying business needs and delivering insights that drive decision-making in the casino environment.
Qualifications
Requirements and Preferred Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Economics or a related quantitative field
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred but not required
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or marketing analytics
- Python or R
- Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI a plus
- Working knowledge of basic statistics
- Excellent attention to detail, curious, and solution-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and written / verbal presentation skills with ability to present information in a logical and intuitive format.
- Self-motivated and able to independently plan, prioritize, resolve daily issues, and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously to meet project standards and deadlines
