The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. "Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?" The successful leader will have experience building and motivating a team to effectively serve the customer and drive sales revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Control inventory levels and provide feedback to corporate partners of trends
• Empower Assistant Manager to manage visual operations and provide guidance
• Have strong knowledge of multi-channel POS Systems
• Attract, hire and retain a diverse team of top talent
• Manage all aspects of operational compliance within the store
• Accurately track store budgets and manage ordering procedures
• Analyze sales and expense reports
• Network within your market and keep corporate partners in the loop of local trends
• Ability to take on more responsibilities from your market managers
