Our part-time team enjoys a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days, flexible schedules, and CNA class reimbursement . Our full-timers are also offered a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, hotel discounts, a referral program, a matching 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off (PTO) .

YOUR DAY AS A CNA - CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

As a CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant, you can expect to provide daily living activities and hands-on care to the senior residents of our assisted living community.

You're responsible for assisting with mobility, transferring, and toileting needs, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Your schedule is flexible, allowing you to balance your personal life with your healthcare career.

Don't have any experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in your day-to-day duties.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CNA - CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

While a CNA certification is preferred, we also welcome new caregivers with limited experience who are willing to learn and grow with us.

WHEN YOU'LL WORK

This full- or part-time caregiver position typically works the swing or night shift , Monday - Friday with rotating weekends .

Holidays are included. We offer flexible schedules, supplemental pay for weekends, and bonus overtime !
