Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday, Day Shift, Weekends as needed

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through various repair, construction, and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform a wide range of maintenance, construction, and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, mechanical work, flooring, painting, remodeling, sheetrock, plastering, and appliance maintenance.

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues or hazards proactively.

Install fixtures, equipment, and furniture as required.

Repair or replace damaged components or systems efficiently.

Ensure that all tasks are completed to high standards of quality and safety.

Maintain your own tools and ensure they are in good working condition.

Travel to job sites within the 5 boroughs as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques.

Proficient in using both hand and power tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
