Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Coordinator for our Richmond clinic. As the first point of contact for new families, you will play a vital role in starting their ABA journey. Through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, you’ll guide families through the intake process, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and cared for from the very beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first friendly, welcoming connection for new families
- Conduct intake calls to collect key information and explain the therapy process
- Monitor evaluation progress and partner with the operations team for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems in a timely manner
- Act as a central communication link between families and the clinical team
- Track intake status and provide ongoing follow-up support when needed
- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all families
- Collaborate across departments to create a seamless intake experience
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)Experience in intake, administrative support, or customer service (required)Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services (required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWarm, professional, and family-focused demeanorPerks & Benefits
