ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Office Engineer to manage administrative work to support the field office / yard (i.
e., safety, jobsite yard, payroll, equipment, office supplies) for large-scale infrastructure projects typically valued at under $50 million.
The individual shall be responsible for various administrative tasks including, but not limited to :
- Assisting with project safety administrative tasks
- Maintaining jobsite yard fluids and gases
- Executing / maintaining necessary permits for the jobsite
- Confirming security is in place (i.e., armor, locks, security subcontractor, cameras, alarms, lights, GPS, tow hitch locks)
- Executing purchase orders under $500 with Superintendent's approval
- Coordinating new hire / termination administrative tasks
- Managing teamster paperwork
- Managing Requests for Personnel paperwork
- Reconciling union steward reports
- Ensuring payroll is completed on schedule
- Managing equipment inspections and transfers
- Documenting mechanic repair lists
- Managing crane lubes, inspections, and crane permits
- Entering equipment information into Datamaxx
- Keeping inventory of small tools and office supplies
The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off, and more.
The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.

Special Requirements :
Successful candidates will meet most, if not all, of the below criteria :
- Experience managing administrative work to support the field office / yard for large-scale infrastructure projects under $50 million
- Ability to learn construction safety principles and best practices within a reasonable timeframe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage one's tasks with minimal supervision
- Responsive and proactive with executing one’s tasks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
