Technicians
TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Volvo Construction Equipment and other Heavy Equipment Lines to support the Construction and Agriculture Industry.
Due to growth and moving into a new facility we are currently looking to hire Field, Truck, Diesel & Equipment Technicians.
Technicans must be able to :
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including but not limited to machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems;
- Carrying out necessary repairs and conducting more complex repairs to ensure proper functioning;
- Troubleshooting and analyzing issues reported by drivers or operators, and providing effect solutions to address the problems;
- Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed;
- Communicate job progress to supervisor and customer as needed;
- Complete service reports, order parts and maintain clear customer records;
- Field Technicians will be going out to service calls.
Qualifications :
- Two year technical degree and / or equivalent job experience in any of the above fields.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems and components, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems.
- Previous experience working on Volvo equipment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills.
- Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Computer, written and verbal communication skills.
