About the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Account Executive to join our growing Windows Team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality window solutions to our customers.

You should have a strong commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and representing The Forge Way. This position offers an excellent opportunity to excel in a dynamic and competitive industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target new customers in the residential sector
  • Generate highly qualified leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations to prospective clients to clearly articulate the unique selling points and benefits of our services
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to understand their needs and to offer tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional services
  • Negotiate price, product, and service conditions with customers to secure contracts
  • Ensure smooth closure of project details and transition to the appropriate teams
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present data on customer success metrics to internal teams
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports on KPIs

Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in a sales position in the windows industry
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and winning new business
  • Ability to look at the window industry and think outside the box to deliver a unique experience to homeowners
