About the role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Account Executive to join our growing Windows Team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality window solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and target new customers in the residential sector
- Generate highly qualified leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct product and service demonstrations to prospective clients to clearly articulate the unique selling points and benefits of our services
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to understand their needs and to offer tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional services
- Negotiate price, product, and service conditions with customers to secure contracts
- Ensure smooth closure of project details and transition to the appropriate teams
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present data on customer success metrics to internal teams
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports on KPIs
Qualifications :
- 5-8 years of proven experience in a sales position in the windows industry
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working with CRM software
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and winning new business
- Ability to look at the window industry and think outside the box to deliver a unique experience to homeowners
