Litigation Associate Attorney

Our Commercial Transportation team in Chicago is seeking an attorney with at least 4 years of experience in civil litigation and an active Illinois bar license.

• General responsibilities will include representing clients in all phases of litigation, including performing all aspects of oral and written discovery;
• conducting extensive fact investigation / development and legal research; drafting pleadings, memoranda of law, client reports, and affidavits;

engaging in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions; trial preparation and trial work.

This role will also include some transactional, retail, and administrative work. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
