Job Salary : $180,000 - $220,000

- Construction industry experience
- ERP implementation experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Able to work onsite full-time
What You Will Be Doing :
A Corporate Controller is a senior level position responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations and reporting for a company.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in union environments and be well-versed in ERP systems and GAAP compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting processes for the company
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Work closely with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies
Must-Have Skills :
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Construction industry experience
- ERP implementation experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Able to work onsite full-time
Pluses (Not required) :
- CPA or CPA Candidate
- Proficient knowledge of Dayforce or MSD365
- Proficient knowledge of LEAN methods
