TheGeorgia Department of Human Services Office of InformationTechnology (OIT) is seeking a qualified candidate for the positionof Business / Quality Analyst to join the agency based in AtlantaGeorgia.

Dutiesandresponsibilities
- Identifiesand defines business requirements by quickly understanding businessand technical requirements based on the input and opinions from adiverse group ofusers
- Workson process flows and screen designs and provides storyboarding tosupport system design. Review and interpret ongoing businessrequirements.
- Documentsbusiness requirements in a suitable format that communicates thespecific functionality that will be developed for the product andobtains appropriateapprovals.
- ArticulateCommunicate and Coordinate with UI / UX app development backend CMSTesting and other and subject matter experts on design &development.
- Worksclosely with the applications manager to create and maintainproduct roadmaps epics user stories use cases and other productdocumentation.
- Writetest cases based on wireframes comps and functionalrequirements
- Conductfunctional testing and crossbrowser and mobile devicetesting
- Beresponsible for the endtoend testing of complete interactive weband mobileapplications
- Monitorand identify problems with content layout usability accessibilityfunctionality guidelines and more across multiple browsers anddevices
- Reviewproduct specifications and develop effective testing strategiesplans and tools to ensure project goals aremet
- Thoroughlytest solutions to ensure functionality andintegrity
- Abilityto write queries using SQL and compile data and reports asneeded.
- Manageand maintain all requirements materials and traceabilitymatrices
- HelpDesk support as needed to support productionapplications
PreferredQualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT MIS Engineering or relatedfields.
7 years of experience as a BA / QAAnalyst.
Experience across the SDLC including requirements designdevelopment testing documentation training deployment operationssupport andmaintenance.
Ability to work well withbusiness unit SMEs Business Analysts vendors and end users incrossfunctionalteams.
Extremely detailorientedorganized structured analytical and logical with strongproblemsolvingskills.
Track record of meeting orexceeding client expectations personal performance expectations andachieving projectgoals.
