Job Details
- A hospital in California is looking for an experienced Home Health LVN for a travel contract.
- The right candidate will have 2 full years of experience, hold an active BLS, and CA License.

Schedule Information
- Hours are flexible, usually M-F 8am-5pm, with a 1 hr lunch
- Every 3rd weekend - when they work the weekend they can have a day off the week before and after if wanted
- Schedule is 5pm-8am when on call
- Call is usually required 2-4x per month for the weekdays
Unit Specific Information
- Floor specific orientation : 1.5 - 2 weeks
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients : pt infusions, IV antibiotics, TPN, central lines, PICC lines, blood draws
- They may have to do infusions for peds, if the visit is related to pediatric condition they will be sent to ER for evaluation, most / if not all of pt population is not peds.

- Unit : Home Health
- Patient load is based on productivity, usually about 5 visits per day, admission is usually equivalent to two patients
- EMR : Netsmart which was formerly known as Allscripts
- They may have to take call
- They will work into holiday rotation
- Any scrub color
