Job Description

Who is Blaze :

Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Roseville South Branch. At Blaze, we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs.

Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where associates can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth.

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA Fiserv experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA Fiserv experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

What You Will Do :

Accurately process a variety of member transactions and inquiries while providing great personalized service.

Transactions include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and more.

Actively engage with members to build relationships, identifying their financial needs while educating them on products and services to help their financial wellbeing.

Maintain security of cash, checks, and member information to protect both the Member and Blaze from risk.

Who are You :

You are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others

You understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them

You work well with others, even when things don’t go as planned

You are organized and can multi-task

You have a High School degree or GED (required); previous financial service, customer service, and cash handling experience a plus
