Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity in Southeast Indiana - Near Cincinnati & Louisville!!
Full-time employment opportunity
Base Pay $ 625,000
Productivity- Bonus Compensation for RVU's in excess of agreed threshold
Sign-On Bonus / Student Loan Assistance Negotiable
Work RVU Conversation Rate
Call Coverage :
One night during the week (same night) and one weekend a month Shared 1 : 3 call experience physicians who are open to cover schedule
CME Hours (after first year of employment) 40 hours of CME time off per year
CME & Dues Allowance (after first year of employment) $4,000 per contract year
Required to live in County, Indiana to receive Relocation Assistance Up to $10,000
Health & Retirement Benefits package 401(K)
Other - Hospital pays malpractice, licensure, DEA, CSR, etc.
Hospital pays for nursing / reception staff salaries & benefits, and manages staffing issues for the physician so that you can focus on seeing patients.
Provide inpatient & outpatient care
Board Certified / Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
Four (4) day work week(Four ten hour day) / Office suite is adjacent to the hospital
General Orthopedic practice, with a subspecialty in joint replacement and / or hand
Sports medicine (including a variety of joint and muscular injuries). Athletic trainers provide dedicated services to many area high schools.
We also care for weekend warriors, Fracture care, Joint replacement and reconstruction, Arthroscopic procedures, Arthritis problems, Joint problems and injuries (shoulders, knees, hips, elbows and ankles), Pediatric care, Ligament and tendon care (Achilles tendons, wrists, ankles, knees and shoulders).
Conservative back and neck care.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5
Participate in call coverage for clinic, Hospital rounding, admissions, ER consults, and call
Full EMR-Meditech that is integrated between the office and hospital
Participate in Total Joint Program
Must be ACLS certified
24-hour pharmacy & radiology support
Lab and x-ray services on site
Major trauma is sent out
