Lead Software Engineer SaaS

Our client is a rapidlyexpanding SaaS company revolutionizing the tech space. They aresearching for an innovative and handson Lead SoftwareEngineer to join their dynamic team and play a key rolein driving the company s technologicalgrowth.

The Lead SoftwareEngineer will be responsible for fullcycle software developmentincluding system architecture design development and deployment.

This role requires a proactive problemsolving mindset and theability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment. The idealcandidate will have experience in B2B SaaS cloud infrastructure anda passion for building scalablesolutions.

TheWork :

• Own the endtoendsoftware development process from architecture design to deploymentandoptimization.
• Design and develop scalablehighperformance software solutions to meet businessneeds.
• Build and manage public APIsoptimize databases and ensure the efficiency of both frontend andbackendsystems.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams (Product Customer Success) to integrate feedback and enhancetheplatform.
• Lead and enforce coding standardstesting practices and DevOpsprocesses.
• Manage cloud infrastructure andCI / CD pipelines to ensure system reliability andscalability.
• Continuously improve systemsecurity and monitoring to safeguard data and ensure highavailability.
• Provide technical leadership andmentorship helping to establish best practices across theengineeringteam.

What You veAlready Done(Requirements) :

• 7 years of experiencein fullstack software development preferably within the B2B SaaSspace.
• Proven experience buildingscalable highperformancesystems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScriptReact .NET SQL / NoSQL databases and API development.
• Experience with cloud platformspreferably Azure and DevOps practices (CI / CD monitoringetc.).
• Strong problemsolving skills withthe ability to work independently in a fastpaced startupenvironment.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively acrossmultipleteams.
• Familiarity with AIpoweredsolutions is abonus.
• Previous experience in a startupor highgrowth environment ispreferred.

Compensation :

• Competitive salary : $150000$170000
