Primary Services is excited to offer an opportunity for a Inside Sales Representative to join a top sales team. You will be the first point of contact for all new leads.

If you are assertive, aggressive, and motivated by money, this job is for you. Work in a fast-paced environment and earn great commissions : $100's in commission weekly!

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 300-350 outbound calls daily to potential customers
  • Stick to a strict schedule, maintaining an 87% adherence rate
  • Overcome objections and communicate the value proposition
  • Participate in a structured 1-week training followed by a 1-week nesting period
  • Use scripts and guides to navigate customer encounters
  • Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with supervisors for performance feedback and coaching
  • Work one weekend day per week and be available for holidays
  • Ensure a minimum show rate of 60% for scheduled appointments

Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume outbound calling, cold calling, or door-to-door sales
  • Proven track record as a high-volume appointment setter or customer service representative with acquisition experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work remotely from Houston or in-office in Austin, with flexibility based on performance and tenure

Compensation

  • Base pay of $16.50 per hour, with a higher rate for those with 3+ years of experience
  • Commission structure paid out weekly based on performance!

Schedule

  • Full-time position, 8 AM - 9 PM on weekdays, 8 AM - 7 PM on weekends
  • Work 7 days a week, including holidays, with one designated weekend day off
