Are you a skilled Respiratory Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most? Venza Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing top-notch care to our residents.
$35 - $40 / hour based on experience
What You'll Do :
- Assess and treat residents with breathing disorders
- Develop and implement personalized respiratory care plans
- Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment
- Educate residents and families on respiratory care
- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with our healthcare team
What We’re Looking For :
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Current RRT license and BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in long-term care
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
