Were seeking a Club Service Technician to join our Operations Team in New York City at Club 75 by Convene at 75 Rockefeller Plaza.

The Club Service Technician will report directly to the Service Manager.

Preferred availability : Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with open availability between 7 am to 6 : 30pm

What Youll Do :

The Club Service Technician will provide genuine anticipatory service to members & guests in all aspects of hospitality & club services.

In this position, you will interact with our members & ensure they have a great experience. At all times, the Club Service Technician is expected to be attentive to our members needs & make them feel welcome, important, & relaxed.

We need someone with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, as well as someone highly motivated & ready to work with others.

• Greet all clients with enthusiasm & friendliness
• Maintain a warm & friendly demeanor at all times
• Provide world-class service, in accordance with our Brand Standards
• Follow all Company beverage recipes & procedures.
• Develop an understanding of beverage programs including espresso drinks, wine selections, cocktails.
• Proficiently prepare espresso, tea, non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages.
• Set up, replenish, & maintain the private dining room
• Accommodate all guests in the lounge / dining room area & accurately take all food & beverage orders
• Develop relationships with members
• Accurately answer member questions about culinary & our spaces in a friendly manner
• Follow checklists & Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform facility maintenance & movement of furniture
• Maintain safe, clean, organized, & well-stocked work areas
• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, & proper food handling
• Have full knowledge of menus, recipes, & other pertinent information
• Perform opening, mid-shift, & closing duties in accordance with company standards
• Perform cleaning duties including : wiping down tables & chairs, cleaning glasses, washing dishes, polishing glass & silverware, making roll ups & dry sets
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We Look For :

• Minimum 1 year of extensive server experience, ideally in fine dining
• Bartending & Barista knowledge
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage
• Proven excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proven good organizational skills & proficient in multitasking
• Must be highly motivated & ready to lead other team members
• A food Hygiene or Food Handling Certificate preferred
• TIPS Certification preferred
• Flexible & long hours sometimes required
• Ability to move, carry, push, pull, & place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach overhead & below the knees
• Ability to stand, sit, & walk for an extended period of time
