We are looking bilingual agents for a remote inbound call center position. Will be consulting on healthcare insurance products and resolving their questions.
Direct hire Opportunity with immediate benefits.
Start Date : ASAP
Pay Rate : $ $ (depend on the language) + performance bonus
Type of hire : Direct hire
Schedule : 8 hrs shift between 8am to 6pm (Monday through Friday)
Location : Work from home. Must reside anywhere in CALIFORNIA State
Technology : Laptop or chrome book will be shipped directly to their home
Job duties
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements
- Bilingual in English plus : Cambodian, Cantonese, Korean or Laotian
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer savvy
- High speed internet connection (>
25mbps).
