As we expand into new product lines and retail channels, we're looking for an  Email & SMS Marketing Manager  to take ownership of our lifecycle marketing and help us drive retention, revenue, and brand loyalty at scale.

Position Overview

We're seeking a  full-time, in-person Email & SMS Marketing Manager  who will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of our Klaviyo and Attentive programs. You'll own the customer journey from signup to repeat purchase, designing smart automations and engaging campaigns that connect with our audiences and drive measurable results. You'll also collaborate on ad creative and campaign alignment across Meta, TikTok, and other channels to ensure Sleepyhead's message stays cohesive and impactful.

This role is perfect for someone who blends  creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making  — someone who wants to join a high-momentum, entrepreneurial brand and grow with it.

Key Responsibilities

Email & SMS Strategy & Execution

• Manage all campaigns, flows, and automations in Klaviyo and Attentive.
• Develop advanced segmentation and personalization to reach students, parents, and repeat buyers.
• Create A / B tests and data-backed experiments to improve engagement and revenue.
• Optimize deliverability, list health, and engagement KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, LTV).
• Build campaign calendars aligned with product drops, promotions, and key seasonal moments.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and recommend next steps to leadership weekly.
