The Project Manager will support the Project Management Department by performing the following duties :
Job Duties :
- Implement and lead project teams.
- Meet project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain quality assurance standards.
- Utilize problem resolution skills effectively.
- Manage international projects in collaboration with headquarters.
- Lead the planning and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify project tasks and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and control project schedules and budgets.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Present and report project status and progress to Executive Management.
- Interface with customers to build and grow business relationships.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities within the team.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Proactively manage change and potential issues, developing contingency plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading automotive or industrial supplier projects.
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
