Physical Therapist - Home Care (PRN) PLUS $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Location : Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are hiring resident-centered Physical Therapist who specifically have experience within Home Care field to join our Certified Home Health team.

Our Physical Therapists support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What we require : Must meet current Medicare and state requirementsMust possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy licenseExperience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie : OASIS , etc.

Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience requiredTherapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferredPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
