About the Job
This position will leverage knowledge of T cell immunobiology, including bystander activation and responses to IL-15. Questions to be addressed will include the influence of age on TRM ontogeny, differentiation, distribution, maintenance, and function, as well as mechanisms of T cell migration.
Techniques include cell isolation from non-lymphoid tissues, flow cytometry, quantitative immunofluorescence microscopy, and mRNA isolation.
Responsibilities Include :
Research - 80%
Design and execution of experiments and collection of data.
Presenting and Instruction - 20%
Present research summary for various publication.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in microbiology, immunology or other related biological science.
Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated expertise in developing scientific protocols and hypotheses, scientific writing, and outstanding letters of reference.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of T cell immunobiology, including bystander activation and responses to IL-15, flow cytometry.
