Job Summary : The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to help achieve business goals.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create documentation, and support the implementation of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed business and functional specifications for new systems or processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively.
- Create process models, diagrams, and workflows to represent business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, including testing, training, and post-implementation review.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business goals and requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance business processes and systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
