The Phone Support Clerk facilitates sales and provides information to the full compass customer and provides overflow support customers that are assigned.
The phone support clerk cultivates potential and current customers by processing incoming orders, answering questions, providing guidance.
Customer feedback is priceless, and problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer issues.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
