Job Summary :

Our team is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for patient-centered care to join our dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities :

• Nursing Professional Practice :
• Assess and diagnose patient needs accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition effectively.
• Maintain essential competencies required for the specific area of hire and populations served.
• Advocacy :
• Partner with patients in care planning to uphold their autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs.
• Facilitate Learning :
• Create a supportive learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members.
• Foster formal and informal learning opportunities within the community.
• Safety and Quality :
• Take accountability for safety by identifying and addressing issues promptly.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care to improve patient outcomes.
• Prioritize patient, self, and environmental safety equally for optimal outcomes.
• Professional Development :

Requirements :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting.
