Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks on bakery equipment, including automated packaging equipment and ovens. Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment.

Respond to and correct equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns in a timely manner. Troubleshoot when necessary. Repair and replace worn, defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.

Operate shop equipment and make required parts as needed. Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools. Serve on Safety Team and follow GMP's and food safety practices.

Ability to work various days, hours, and shifts, including night or weekend 'on call' rotations.
