Lookout Pest Control is currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Flex Technician to join our team. As a Flex Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing pest control services to our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities :

• Performing pest control treatments at customer properties
• Conducting inspections to identify pest problems and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of services performed and documenting any findings or recommendations
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pest Control Technician license or certification is preferred
• Experience in the pest control industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
